WetlandSnap teams up with various organisations and community groups to achieve significant results and impact.
One key partner group is based at the Window on the Wetlands Centre, in Warren, New South Wales, gateway to the world-renowned Macquarie Marshes.
The Window on the Wetlands Centre is associated with RiverSmart Australia, and hosts a Tourist Information Centre, cultural heritage trail, and wetland walking trails complete with WetlandSnap sites.
WetlandSnap contributes to the goals of the Window on the Wetlands Centre by helping to raise awareness of the importance of healthy wetlands and rivers to Australia’s future, to promote environmental and cultural education, to develop partnerships and recreation opportunities, and to promote sustainability.
